Let's start making Mutton Liver Pepper Fry. We are adding only pepper, cumin, garlic and ginger to make this liver fry.

For this, we need 1/2 kg of mutton liver, cleaned and cut into small pieces.

For grinding, black pepper - 2 tbsp, cumin (jeera) - 1 tbsp, ginger-50 g, garlic - 10 cloves,  shallots - about 30.  We need to grind all this together in a mixer.

Place the pan on the lighted stove. 

The masala should be ground as shown.

When the pan is hot, add 2 tsp of oil.

When the oil is hot, add the ground mix. Saute the mix till the raw smell is gone.

Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and stir.

Now, add 1/2 kg of cleaned mutton liver pieces and mix well.

Add required salt and mix well.

Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. In between, open the lid and stir.

After 30 minutes, open the lid. The mutton liver is now cooked. Those who prefer to have it as a gravy can switch off the stove now.

For making the mutton liver pepper fry, we need to wait for some more time till the water reduces. Cover and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Open the lid and stir.

Mutton Liver pepper fry is now ready. We have only added pepper, cumin, ginger, garlic, shallots, turmeric powder and salt to make this tasty Mutton Liver Pepper Fry.
